Hi, I’m Dee Green-Mery, BSN, RN, a Holistic Health and Wellness Coach and proud life-long Dutchess County resident.
I help women understand their bodies, regulate their stress, and rebuild their energy in ways that are practical, sustainable, and grounded in the realities of the busy modern woman.

Why I Started Holistic Adaptive Health:
